- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen programming paradigms
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Published research in neural networks or distributed systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing SDKs
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
