- Drive innovation sprints with AI/ML engineers to prototype autonomous decision frameworks
- Mentor senior developers on ethical AI deployment and quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for distributed quantum computing environments
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and patent novel methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in quantum computing or neural interface domains
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- PhD in Computer Science or Physics with focus on theoretical quantum mechanics
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of leading teams through technical transformation
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms and decentralized AI
- Experience with AWS Braket or IBM Quantum services
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
