Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/quantum computing solutions for 2026-era applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and predictive analytics
- Mentor teams in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant security protocols
- Collaborate with futurists to identify and prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Drive commercialization of lab-scale innovations through rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging AI/quantum fields
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Science
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ user endpoints
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA-style innovation programs
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
