Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and topological qubits
- Deep knowledge of AGI safety protocols and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of patenting breakthrough technologies
- Experience with DARPA/NASA technology development programs
