Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record shipping quantum/AI systems with measurable impact
- Expertise in ethical tech governance and responsible AI frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with future-tech focus
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2026+ tech applications
- Fluency in future-tech stacks (QASM, neuromorphic SDKs, synthetic biology APIs)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
