- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech paradigms

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of shipping industry-defining products
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
