Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Drive R&D initiatives in biometric authentication and neuromorphic computing
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present disruptive technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven AI/quantum implementation experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or Cognitive Science
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on human-machine interaction
- Expertise in federated learning, edge computing, and ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Track record of launching products with >1M enterprise users
- Security clearance (active or ability to obtain) for government-contract projects
