Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions in emerging tech domains
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical deployment of disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities pre-2026
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused execution
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent expertise)
- 8+ years leading tech innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Proven track record delivering 3+ patented technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive audiences
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
