Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps based on emerging tech and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Translate complex future-state concepts into executable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor senior leadership on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
