Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop 5-year strategic foresight reports
- Design innovation frameworks for product teams to implement 2026-era capabilities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on societal and industry disruption
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Pioneer ethical guidelines for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech verticals (Web3, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
