Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic indicators to map 2026's strategic landscape
- Develop scenario-based forecasts and innovation roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough concepts with 5-7 year horizon impact
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and strategic recommendations
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across business units
- Represent company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and storytelling acumen
