- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for potential partnerships
- Represent InnovateCorp at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurism projects or published thought leadership
