Responsibilities

- Lead executive workshops translating future insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market analysis and risk assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
