- Drive innovation lab initiatives with R&D partners
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains (e.g., AGI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
