Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation initiatives aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and implementation blueprints
- Produce evidence-based foresight reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Design resilience strategies for organizational adaptation to rapid change
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
