Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans

- Exceptional data synthesis and trend-forecasting capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
