Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience

- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive innovation trends
- Design prototyping initiatives for next-gen products/services
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required)
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
