- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into R&D processes
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 disruptions
- Advise on metaverse integration and Web3 ecosystem development
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of trend-forecasting accuracy
- Experience with AI-driven foresight platforms (e.g., GPT-4 strategic tools)
