Responsibilities

- Develop predictive scenario models for market disruption and competitive positioning

- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven recommendations for R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation in Fortune 500 settings
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
