As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop forward-looking frameworks, conduct horizon-scanning research, and translate futuristic insights into actionable business strategies. This role demands both deep technical acumen and visionary thinking to position Innovatech as an industry pioneer.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Translate futuristic insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future visions
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (articles, books)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
