Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and technology trends through 2026 using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and innovation experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work on future scenarios or technology disruption
- Experience with futures simulation platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
