Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready strategic pivots
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advocate for ethical innovation practices in emerging technology adoption
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for client R&D departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future insights into billion-dollar business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations preferred)
