Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological/societal trends through 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation frameworks
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with C-suite to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps aligned with regulatory and ethical guardrails
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and sustainable tech solutions
- Author quarterly trend briefings for investor relations and board communications
- Build an internal 'Futures Council' to embed foresight across all departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, tech foresight, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record forecasting tech adoption curves (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
