- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with innovation ecosystems
- Represent company vision at global futurist forums and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
- Experience with Delphi methods and predictive modeling tools
