Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging technology pioneers
- Champion a future-forward culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) strongly preferred
