Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to forecast industry landscapes for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize breakthrough innovations for 2026 market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptors to maintain competitive foresight
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across business units
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFIP) or strategic foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic planning outcomes
