Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations into enterprise roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise senior leadership on technology adoption risks and opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication abilities for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
