As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and drive market expansion into emerging tech verticals including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on future market disruptions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into 5-year product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPIs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technological disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Strategic Foresight methodologies
