You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop agile strategies that position us as industry pioneers in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-year trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ market shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future readiness into product roadmaps
- Build proprietary foresight models using predictive analytics and simulation tools
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting models
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
