Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of developing C-suite strategic plans
- Proficiency in scenario planning and system dynamics modeling
- Experience with emerging tech (Web3, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication for translating complex insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
