Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate, demographic shifts) to map 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Build proprietary forecasting models using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Advolve startups and investors on emerging market opportunities
- Represent Horizon Insights at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation management
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (showcase 2+ case studies)
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI governance, circular economy, or neurotech
- Advanced proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
