Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive horizon-scanning framework identifying disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market discontinuities through 2026
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making, quantifying potential impacts on core business functions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities and threats in digital transformation, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Design and pilot next-generation business models leveraging exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Establish KPIs and innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic objectives and adjust frameworks quarterly
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and maintain a network of leading academic researchers and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies

- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
