Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026+ technology convergence through scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Architect strategic roadmaps for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI governance and neural interface adoption
- Partner with venture capital to identify and incubate pre-2026 startups
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Published work on 4IR impacts or climate adaptation pathways
- Proficiency in Python/AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Security clearance preferred for national resilience projects
