Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 2026 foresight framework identifying technological, societal, and economic inflection points
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for C-suite leadership and product development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future intelligence into strategic roadmaps
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Author quarterly future-readiness reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Represent company at international foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFIP)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning within tech/innovation sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
