Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 10-year strategic foresight frameworks with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario analysis reports for C-suite decision-making
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at global forums on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
