Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly strategic briefs for executive board on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate sustainability and ethical frameworks into all strategic recommendations
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy transition)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech domains
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
