Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI-driven business transformation
- Analyze emerging technological paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech) and assess market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-scale impact potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and secure $10M+ innovation budgets
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026 horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight accreditation
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leader with 10+ industry white papers or keynote presentations
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
