Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Theory, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing simulation platforms
- Published research in top-tier innovation or foresight publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory ecosystems
