Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to forecast 2026 societal and business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to navigate disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive organizational frameworks
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models published in industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in boardrooms and at regulatory summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis with published thought leadership
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of strategic frameworks or predictive models for 2025-2030 horizons
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
