Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on long-term market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise C-suite on exponential growth opportunities and systemic risks
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience designing and executing multi-year strategic transformation programs
- Certification in Foresight, Horizon Scanning, or similar methodology preferred
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
