Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients navigating next-gen disruptions
- Coordinate with R&D labs to prototype future-state solutions (AR/VR, synthetic biology, quantum applications)
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly trend briefs that influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, climate AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
