Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios (2026-2030) through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready business models
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic foresight targets
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning Horizon Dynamics as a futurist authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Experience translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or related professional designation
