- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, environmental, and geopolitical variables
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 5-year horizons
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Economics, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures planning
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, quantum) adoption frameworks
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Experience with data-driven strategy tools (Tableau, Palantir, or similar)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
