Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and maintain predictive models for market disruption scenarios
- Design strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 technology adoption pathways
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and product development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking into organizational DNA
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor global policy shifts and geopolitical developments affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains (AI ethics, climate resilience, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
