- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish foresight methodologies and trend-monitoring systems
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Advanced degree in futurism, strategic foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
