Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including technology adoption curves and societal impact models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and potential threats
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven forecasts for AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience leading global research initiatives
