Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (e.g., AI, climate tech, Web3)
- Expertise in futures research methods (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner, custom models)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
