Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global business disruption and opportunity mapping
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking strategic reports and executive presentations with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight findings into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and sustainability impacts on future markets
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, trend impact analysis)
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Social Sciences, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
