- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings for board-level decisions
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models and revenue streams
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, or quantum systems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market advantage
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
