Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact white papers and executive briefings on future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical implications for innovation
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Demonstrated experience with scenario planning methodologies
